Hello Loves!

A happy new week to you all. Being a good citizen in the blogging sphere I want to make this post about all of us and I want to take the time out to put a few pointers out there that can and will help us all stay healthy during the Fall.

We all know how the change of season can be quite brash for many of us. It’s the time a lot of people get sick and they also get others sick too. I cannot tell you how many of my coworkers and family members have been sick since the Fall season and I also caught the bug for a few days. Fall is the time when we all get to enjoy the beauty of the holidays and I would love to know that everyone do so as healthy as possible.

I love that Fall brings so many celebrations together such as Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. These holidays equate to lots and lots of food. I personally love that food is all over these holidays especially Thanksgiving and Christmas. However, I tend to get some heartburn here and there due to some foods I know I should stay away from but is just to good to not eat. Ha! You know it happens to you too!!!!! To help alleviate that I take Nexium® 24HR and just one pill per day provides me protection from all day and all night heart burn, no matter what triggers it. Please note though, it may take 1-4 days for full effect. Use as Directed.

Now, let’s switch this up a little bit. One of my readers sent me an email and we were chatting about a few similarities and the topic of Hemorrhoid came up. We chatted about it for a bit and then I went into research mode. This discomfort happens a lot around the Holidays and I wanted to recommend Preparation H® Medicated Wipes which provides effect hemorrhoid relief. All you have to do is treat with Preparation H® at the first sign of discomfort. Use as Directed.

Both Preparation H® and Nexium® 24HR can be found at your local Walgreens in the Ointments and Antacids/Laxatives aisle.

Here are 3 other tips to keep in mind during the holidays:

1. Keep a eucalyptus plant in your home. My grandmother always told me the benefits of eucalyptus when I was growing up but I always brushed it off. It has such great healing abilities. You can easily hang branches in your shower or just potted in your home.

2. Drink a lot of lemon tea/lemon flavored water. Vitamin C is important to help your body rid infections, plus flavored water is just so refreshing.

3. Exercise & Sleep: The body needs to work and also to rest. A good balance of exercise and sleep will make you one happy and healthy person this Fall.

I do hope you found this post useful. I would love to know some of your Fall hacks you do to help you and your family stay healthy.

xoxo
