What To Wear Apple Picking In Southern California

This last weekend, we had the pleasure of apple picking as a family. It’s one of my favorite fall activities and taking Tori was so much fun.

If you’re looking for fall foliage in Southern California, Oak Glen (Yucaipa area) has the best scenery and is great for apple picking. There are lots of farms in the area. We went to Stone Soup Farm. They have lots of activities for the entire family. We reserved a private picnic (highly recommended) and enjoyed local and home made food -apple cider, cheese, cinnamon apples, garden tomatoes, Stone soup, apple butter…). It’s very soothing, fun, with background music. Here‘s a quick look around showing some of the scenery!

There are so many cute fall dresses out right now – perfect for apple picking and family photos! My choice for this event was this dark floral little number. It’s the perfect length and paired well with these fun booties! I also added this affordable belt to cinch the waist for a more pulled-together look.

If you’re looking for a more casual and comfortable shoe, I highly recommend these flats! Perfect for mini and midi dresses this fall. Tori wore this pink dress and it was so cute in the middle of autumn leaves. These shoes paired well with her dress!

I’m linking some similar dresses for you to peruse for similar fall activities – this gold velvet one is gorgeous! I also love the look of this dark floral mini dress!

As far as shoes, this over-the-knee boot is also perfect for fall dresses! Currently on sale and also come in black. Here’s another flat option that’s also super affordable.

Below, sharing some shots of the scenery that were truly breathtaking. The fall foliage was gorgeous!

Can’t get over the colors of these flowers. So vibrant and beautiful! I want them all over my home!

You can just smell the cinnamon and apples from this photo – makes me want to cuddle up with a cup of apple cider and a Christmas movie!

Sharing one more time all of the outfit inspo picks from this post! What are your favorite fall activities with your family?
