Living & Dining Room Reveal

Hi Guys!

I know it took me a little longer than I had planned to share my living and dining room but finally, here we go. I have thoroughly been loving how my home turned out. It feels exactly like me. It’s simple luxe, cozy, warm and absolutely beautiful. If you haven’t seen the post about how I designed my space with Arhaus’ designer, Anthony, then you can read it here

Arhaus is a brand I’ve wanted in my home for a couple of years now, but it had to feel right. I had so much mis-matched furniture in my prior home, I was determined to either start over there or when I moved. So after moving last year, I knew it was time.

LIVING ROOM

For the living room, I went with the tahoe slipcovered four piece sectional in arctic shell. This couch is made with real down and goose feathers. This makes it extremely comfortable. The slipcover material is really soft on the skin, it’s easy to maintain and it can all be removed and washed. It can be customized in multiple configurations. I got two corners and two ends and I plan to rearrange it in different ways from time to time. There are over twenty (20) color choices to choose from for this sofa. I love it so much, it literally feels like you are sitting or laying down on clouds. My friends and family have all felt as if they do not want to leave after sitting on it. Arhaus’ Designer  Anthony and I went with these pillows for the sofa. We decided on adding color to the space by incorporating them. This way the color isn’t permanent and I could switch in and out as needed. stone washed velvet pillow, stone washed linen pillow, grey lumbar pillow, hide pillow

I also went with the malone coffee table in shagreen bone. I love the textural details, the modern-tailored aesthetics, the minimalist design, and the brass-finished steel bases. It is so luxe and it elevated the space beautifully. It comes in a darker color as well and it’s just as beautiful.

I went with two of these Ellison Swivel Chair to create the perfect cozy accent in the living room. What I love about these chairs is that they are functional, contemporary, and beyond comfortable. When I sit in them I can feel the study comfort that tells me they are very well made.

These Hammered Brass End Tables were the perfect addition to the swivel chairs. It gives the space a separate yet defined area along with the sofa.

This Nika Aged Oak Cube End Table is a stellar piece adding the perfect modern luxury feel to my living room. The color goes so well with the rest of the living room. Arhaus’ Designer Anthony really did such a good job designing my living room. This Caseti Table Lamp features stunning marble and looks so beautiful on the end table.

The foundational piece that sets the stage for all the furniture in my  living room is the rug. This Landan Handwoven Rug in grey is perfect. It is so soft and cozy under my feet. I love that my daughter loves playing and laying on it too. There’s a Felt Rug Pad under this beautiful rug which has non-slip properties as well as adding extra cushioning and support.

Dining Room

I fell deeply in love with this Carrinna dining table. It’s a conversation piece and a fabulous, exotic table. It’s made from Mexican Palografico or Guancaste wood. It’s made from tree trunks found buried and submerged in water for many years. The sophistication of the table is just remarkable.

These Jagger dining arm chairs are perfect for the Carrinna table. I love the contemporary feel of these chairs and the design of them not being able to go up under the table. It definitely tells the story of modernism yet the functional flow I wanted in my dining room. They are beyond comfortable and make for relaxed sitting- eating and entertaining.

Both the table and chairs sit on this beautiful Canyon rug in ivory with a  Felt Rug Pad. I love Arhaus’ rugs. The quality is exceptional and I know I will have these rugs for many years.

Can we talk about this gorgeous Laila chandelier. It’s finished in antique copper and gives the perfect soft, warm light that I was hoping for over the dining room table.

Between the dining room and living room sits this gorgeous Malone Bone floor mirror. It’s the same texture as the coffee table and carries the same modern, minimalist design. Next to it is the Caseti floor lamp which also matches the table lamp. The transitional wall where these two gorgeous pieces sit helps the flow of my living and dining room. It also creates a luxe yet fun feel (I often take mirror selfies & my toddler girl smiles at herself all day).

I couldn’t recommend Arhaus any more for your furniture. They are extremely well made, committed to sustainability and, you’ll definitely enjoy living in and using your space so much more. I am and I couldn’t be happier.
