Target Suede Dress

Hello Cupcakes:) The weekend is finally here and thankfully I can go home and relax a bit not to mention, sleep in late tomorrow. But, just before all of that, let me share with you this lovely Target dress I found.

Now, I'm sure I'm not the only one that goes to target for a particular product and end up with so much more than you planned on buying. I needed a hair brush, a simple hair brush and even before I found the hair brush I went frolicking over into the clothing department and came up with this. But, this is good look, I only came out with one dress which is a win in this situation. Usually, I end up with cups, mugs, plates, pots, juicers, a dress-(clearly), nail polishes (almost always), lotion... you get the drift yes? Sigh!

Anyway, I just love this dress. It was only $27.99 and it is perfect for Fall and, especially fitting for Los Angeles Fall weather simply because it is a light weight suede. I decided to pair it with my over-used bucket bag (sorry-not-sorry) and leopard pumps. I'd love to wear it with black thigh-high boots and an over-sized coat.

Hope you enjoyed this post and thanks for swinging by

Crisp Cream for Fall

Hello loves:) Mid-week has me like________. Fill in the blank:) Today I'm sharing with you this little number. As you may have noticed, my style is quite easy (Simple-chic). I like being comfortable when I get dressed. The only time that may not be the case, is a special occasion where a dress code is called for and, I have to tend to it. Even so, I still try to be simple but with style. I wore this over the weekend running my usual errands around town.

As much as the weather is not quite Fall like, I'm really excited about the holiday season. It is definitely my favorite time of the year. I'm working on Thanksgiving Outfit Ideas post for next week so look out for that.

Hoping the rest of your week goes well and thank you for reading

Monochrome

Hello darlings! Hope your weekend was great. I happened to get lots of much needed sleep so that was a weekend well spent for me. If you follow me on Instagram then you've seen me teased this dress twice. Sometimes, it's as simple as a #LBD to take your look from blah to umph! It was my guy's birthday and I was surprising him to a special dinner. I decided to throw on this little number for a fun evening out. Initially, I couldn't decide what to wear but, I remembered purchasing this on sale a few weeks back. It is pretty much a t-shirt coiled into a dress and you wouldn't quite expect it to be as cute and dainty as it is. I really underestimated this dress. I love the fringe vibe, it is so on trend and topping it off with this semi-motorcycle jacket gave it a bit more edge.

Let's talk about the jacket. it was gifted to be by Fevrie and, it is amazing. The leather sleeves mixed with the houndstooth fabric offers a chic yet classic piece. An amazing thing about the brand is that Fevrie was inspired by the French culture's love for luxury and style. Incorporating our California roots into each piece of clothing , It's  balance of cool, L.A. style with the chic, sumptuous fabrics of Europe. What's not to love? I have been anticipating a bit of a chill in LA to wear it for so long. Finally, an almost windy evening gave me the chance to wear this jacket.

Hope you all enjoyed this post. Have a great week and thanks for reading

San Diego Mini Photo Diary

Here's a quick little peak at some of my photos from my work trip to San Diego this week. I was only there for 3 days and 100% work. I did use my iPhone 6s to snap a few pictures. I'm so in love with the photo quality on this phone. I stayed at the Hilton Resort and Spa in Mission Bay. If you ever go to SD and is looking for a relaxed and quite vibe, then this is a good choice. Request a room with water view and fire pit:)

I'd suggest you download Foursquare to search for food and activities to do in SD. I've been using Foursquare lately and it hasn't let me down.

Have a good weekend loves.

FarmHouse Fresh Beauty Products

Hello Bellas:)

I wanted to share with you this awesome new product I've ben using. My girlfriend gave this to me a little over two weeks ago and, I've been using them non-stop. I've never heard of Farmhouse Fresh when she introduced them to me. I always trust my girlfriend's eye for details on beauty products. We have pretty much the same taste and she usually gifts me lovely organic/natural or simple amazing products.

I fell in love with the mask the first time I tried it. I usually use Origins mask, but I must admit, this one will temporarily put Origins out of business. It has an awesome tingling sensation with lots of moisture and a fresh feeling once it's rinsed off. I simply followed the instructions on the back. However, if you have sensitive skin, it might not be good for you. It's 99.6 natural.

Let's talk about this hand cream. Talk about a nourishment for your hands. I know we sometimes forget how important it is to moisturize our hands but, It really is. Think about it, our hands are always exposed and, washing it multiple times per day, means it gets dry and brittle without you even feeling or knowing it. I do love  good hand cream and this one is so soft and moisturizing.

So babes, if your looking for a new product to try, I 'd definitely recommend this brand. I've linked the products below and also linked some other items I plan on trying.

Thanks for swinging by and have a good weekend
xoxo

Autumn Tones

Mid-week blues is up on us loves and, to be honest I'm already planning on relaxing this weekend. That means, no long conversations on the phone, unlimited Netflix, lots of tea and quality time with my guy. Oh! and a daily workout session. Anyway, set the plans aside and let's discus this look. Two things about this look; 1. Dressing for Fall while living in hot climates and 2. This gorgeous leatherette skinny zip-ankle pants.

Let's discuss the idea of being on trend for the Fall season while living in warmer areas. The key is to incorporate Fall colors such as this army green pants and champagne/nude tail top. The other thing you can do too is to incorporate lighter textures of typical Fall texture. So, instead of wool, wear silk, instead of a coat wear a light duster. You get the idea! The best thing that will work for you is colors. No matter what the fabric might be a challenge, but colors will be your best friend.

I bought these pants in Summer while Zara was having their summer sale. I must admit, they look weird unworn. They are the type of pants that it you do not have any vision as to how it may look on you, you would skip out on buying it. It is super comfortable and I love the zipper details on it. The color is this army green intermixed with brown undertones- Hello Fall colors!!!!

I must mention that tail tops are definitely on trend and is also a lasting style..a mean it does remind me of a magician outfit, but that makes me one fashionable magician if I may so so myself :)

Hope you enjoy this post. See below similar items you can shop to achieve a similar look.
Thanks for reading loves
xoxo
