Hello babes, a happy weekend to you all. I just wanted to swing by and share a few more photos from my trip to NYC. I've shared another post here A Day In New York City. This post is another collection of photos taken around other areas of the city. We spent the day walking around (like a true New Yorker) gallivanting in the middle of the holiday hustle and bustle. My goal for that day was to make it to the Bergdorf Goodman holiday display window, why? because it's a fashion enthusiast fantasy. Have you watch Scatter My Ashes AT Bergdorf's? It's a great watch, see it.

Fringe Vest Or Is That A Dress
Hi babes:)
Can you believe it, in one day 2015 will close its chapter and 2016 will commence. My oh my, time surely "flies". It's been great I must admit and to celebrate the end of the year I'm prancing around in this little Fringe Vest number. This dress is actually a vest and I wondered if it would fit as a dress, lo and behold, I tried it on and it became an instant decision as a must have. I love this type of versitility with my clothing. I love that I can wear and re-wear multiple times especially if it serves two different purposes, like this here.
This is a perfect option for New years Eve or a New Years Party. I love all black or red or white for celebrations such as NYE or a fancy party.
Hoping everyone stay safe as they celebrate the end of the year. So happy you stuck around with me.

A Day In New York City
Hi Guys!
I've been meaning to share a few snaps with you from my trip to NYC last month. All photos were taken with my Iphone 6S so, bare with the quality. This is more like a diary of photos rather that my usual blog posts.
I was so lucky to be able to have one of my best friend and her partner as our personal tour guides. They were amazing. We started off right about the Empire State Building and made our way to West Village. She knows the city so well and knows my vibe too that, our first stop was at 64 Perry Street (Hi Carrie Bradshaw), the house of Carrie Bradshaw (Played by Sarah Jessica Parker) in Sex & The City.It definitely lived up to my expectation.
From there were strolled along the area and stopped at Dyptique Store to buy some candles. My sister introduced me to Dyptique two years ago and I must say their candles are worth every penny. The store's décor was enchanting and decorated with a lot of detail. I could appreciate that.
We left West Village and head to Soho where we took in the hustle and bustle of people and the amazing architecture of the buildings. I stopped by the landmark of the first Kate Spade store to snap a picture.
By this time we were so cold we stopped by this awesome coffee shop, Gasoline Alley Coffee. This is probably the second best cup of coffee I'd ever had, next to a Macadamia nut latte I had in Maui (on the Road to Hana).
We then made our way to the Gansevoort Hotel and had drinks and great conversations in their rooftop lounge. While there, we caught a great glimpse of the Empire State Building, lit up with Christmas colors. I also happened to snapped the view of the bay. It was spectacular.
We left the Gansevoort to walk along The Highline. What's cool is that it was a train line turned into a mini park. We saw it at night and it was amazing. I can only imagine during the day it's just as lovely.
After trotting the Highline, it was time to eat. We were treated to an amazing dinner at the Buddakan NYC. Can I just relive the savory food they served for a minute? It was so yummy and the service was exceptional. The Buddakan has amazing gaudy décor, elaborated ceilings and beautiful walls. The chandeliers in the main room (at least that's what I'm calling it) were of a century past. It's an experience.
Not only was the service great, the food was too. We had Beef, shrimp, seafood fried rice, desert, wine and everything, since I tasted from everyone's plate, was delicious.
I had such a great time exploring with my bestie and to spend some touristy time with my guy in the city.
Here are the details on my outfit:
Coat: Sam Edelman-similar option here & love this
Ankle Boots (Zara):Vince option here & this cute River Island one
Tights (F21):love these DKNY & these cute ones

Make Your Home Smell Like The Holidays
I just wanted to quickly share with you guys a lovely way to make your home smell like a a cozy room/house of Holiday spices. This is pretty much your stove top Potpourri. It is so easy to make and you can add your own spices. This is a great way to enhance the scent of Fall and Christmas in your homes as you enjoy dining and spending time with friends and family. It's super easy and you do not need exact measurements or specifications.

Cozy Sweater Monochrome
Well hello there darlings! Welcome back to my blog. Today I'm sharing this monochrome vibe in neutrals. I love a good monochrome combo. Some people have a great way of shading perfectly the same color and I can appreciate that. It's weird to say but it is quite 'artsy' to be able to achieve that type of perfection.
Anyway, my outfit today is probably, next to black, the easiest monochrome vibe to achieve. It's so simple. Just pull different shades of creams and light browns and put them on. I like to add a pop of color and that's what I did with my clutch here. It made my look a bit more fun and add volume and edge. I'm so in love with this Banana Republic Fringe Sweater especially the slight peplum detail of the fringe. It was no brainer, I had to have it. Plus it was 50% off, now reduced to 40% off so get your hands on it before it's sold out.
Sweater: Banana Republic
Denim (Old): Love this pair & this too
Sandals: Steve Madden// love this suede option too
Clutch (ASOS): similar option & this pretty little number
Sunnies (Kate Spade): Love this Kate Spade option & would pair this too
Hope you are all having the best week. Chat soon.

5 Items To Survive The Holidays
Hi darlings!
Happy New week. It's four days to Christmas and I'm so excited, are you? It's such a busy yet fun time. I'm still running around getting last minute gifts and there are five items I must enlist to help me survive the holidays.
Firstly is my Hanes Opaque Tights. These are just super comfortable and serve both for my casual and dressed up outfits. I love that it holds my body firmly in shape and keeps my figure alluring under any piece of clothing I wear. The quality of Hanes is just remarkable.
My Burt's Bees Lip gloss. I totally love this lip gloss because it adds the perfect touch of shine and so much moisture. Sometimes instead of retouching my lipstick, I just add it just over the little lipstick that is still on and it blends beautifully.
A travel size scent is pertinent to surviving the holidays. I love my Diptyque Opone. It is handy, small and, smells amazing. Perfect for slipping in my wallet or clutches.
What are your 5 Survival items this Holiday Season? Comment and let me know.
*Thank you to Hanes for kindly sponsoring this post. All opinions are 100% honest & completely my own*
